About The Upper Paw
Welcome to The Upper Paw — a neighborhood pet supply store serving dog and cat lovers in Deep Ellum, Lakewood, and Downtown Dallas.
We opened The Upper Paw in 2013 with a simple idea: pet owners should have access to better-quality products that are useful, comfortable, and made with their pets in mind. Over the years, we’ve enjoyed helping local pet parents find everyday essentials for their dogs and cats, from food and treats to collars, bedding, toys, carriers, apparel, and other pet supplies.
Today, we’re also bringing some of the products we love to an online audience. Our goal is to keep things simple and offer practical pet products that can make everyday life with your four-legged family member a little easier.
Our Products
We carefully choose products based on usefulness, quality, and everyday practicality. Our online selection may change over time as we add products that we believe are a good fit for pet owners.
Our current online selection includes the Hands-Free Dog Running Belt, designed for dog owners who enjoy walking, jogging, or spending active time with their dogs while keeping their hands free.
As our online store grows, we plan to add more pet products for dogs and cats.
Why The Upper Paw?
We’re pet people ourselves, and we understand that dogs and cats are more than pets — they’re part of the family.
That’s why we focus on products that are useful in real life rather than simply filling a store with products. Whether you’re taking your dog for a walk, getting ready for an outdoor adventure, or looking for something comfortable for your best friend, we want The Upper Paw to be a place you can rely on for practical pet essentials.
